LIGHTS AND LOUVERS
Light and louver openings to specification. Chevron style
louvers are available in most hardwoods. For doors requiring
ratings, rated wood stop, metal vision panels and fusible link louvers
are available. Glass can be provided to meet all
requirements. Refer to WDMA Standard I.S. 4, Section G-13.
FACTORY MACHINING
Doors can be prepared for any standard or custom hardware. Precision
factory machining and prefitting ensure proper hardware preparation for
tolerances specified by National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the
Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) and the Window and Door
Manufacturing Association (WDMA).

FACTORY PREFINISHING
The controlled
application process in factory prefinishing assures top quality finishes
with maximum durability not possible with site applied coatings.

APPLIED MOULDINGS
Hardwood moldings can be applied to veneer faces.
SURFACE PLATES
Surface plates may be applied to all labeled doors: 20, 45, 60 and
90 minute. Plate materials may be brass, bronze, steel, aluminum,
polycarbonate or HPDL applied on one or two sides. Special
blocking required on 745, 760 and 790. See Fire Charts:
