Our CEO:
Louise
Hill took over Vancouver Door in 1996 and continues to
grow, change and improve VDC.
In 2009, Louise initiated the Quality Process based upon
the principles of Philip Crosby. At Vancouver Door
Company every employee participates in the Quality Process
which is: "we will meet the agreed upon requirements
of our internal and external customers." Our
commitment is to achieve total customer satisfaction
through error-free work.
This ongoing
process has achieved tremendous success and echoes the
long tradition Vancouver has of honoring the importance of our employees
and
our customers and of planning for our long term growth.

Meet
Our
General Manager:
Jim
Binford began his career at Vancouver Door in August of 1981
and by 1996 was promoted into management.
Jim has a consistent record of promotions and increased responsibilities including production, technical/engineering, research & development, Plant Manager and has been General Manager since 2003.
Jim implements the Quality Process and works closely
with Louise Hill on quality team building, employee
training and re-engineering the company processes to
meet the challenges that face business today.
