HOW TO CHANGE MONITOR DISPLAY SETTINGS

The monitor display settings are also called screen resolution settings.  This site is designed for screen resolution of 800 x 600 but can also be viewed at larger settings (1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024.)

For Windows 98, Millenium and XP
Click the "start" button in the lower left corner, go up the list to "settings", choose "control panel."  Choose the "display" option and then the "settings" tab.  Slide the arrow under the words "screen area" to the right to choose either 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024. 

Click "apply" and close out all the windows.  Your screen will adjust and you will be asked if you wish to keep the settings.  Click "yes" and your screen will now be larger.  Reverse the directions to make the screen smaller.

For Apple/Macintosh
System 7.6 or higher:  Go into the Monitors and Sound control panel.  Use the control strip, click on the monitor icon and select from the list.

OS9:  Click Apple symbol in top left menu on your desktop.  Go to control panel in the drop down menu.  Select 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 in the pop-up window.

OSX:  Click Apple symbol in top left menu.  Click "system preferences", then click "display."  In pop-up window, click either 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 in resolution window.  Monitor will resize automatically.
