Top & Bottom Horizontal Edge: 6-1/2"solid wood, or structural composite lumber, one piece or laminated.


Vertical Edge: 2-1/2" minimum solid, laminated or veneered wood. Backer or inner ply may be structural composite lumber or LVL.


Core: Honeycomb fully expanded to edges.

Bonding: Vertical edges and rails not bonded to core.

Crossband: Edge glued or one piece crossband.



Faces: Selected hardwoods minimum 1/50", High Pressure Decorative Laminate or medium density overlay. High pressure laminate 0.050" with crossband or 0.125".

Warranty: One year for interior use/one year exterior, fully Type I only, wood or MDO faces only.
