Top & Bottom Horizontal Edge: 1-1/8" minimum solid wood or structural composite lumber, one piece or laminated. 



Vertical Edge: 1" minimum solid, laminated or veneered wood. Backer or inner ply may be structural or composite lumber or LVL.


Core: Honeycomb fully expanded to edges.


Bonding: Vertical edges and rails not bonded to core.


Crossband: Edge glued or one piece cross band.

Faces: Selected hardwoods minimum 1/50", high pressure laminate or medium density overlay. High pressure decorative laminate 0.050" with crossband or 0.125".

Warranty: One year for interior use / one year exterior, fully Type I only wood or MDO faces only.

Blocking (Reinforcement) Options: Specify by number and dimension desired.
