Vertical Edge: 1-1/2" minimum hardwood;
solid, laminated or veneered. Backer or inner ply
may be structural composite lumber or LVL.
Core: Acoustical material.
Back Veneer
Crossband: Edge glued or one piece crossband without voids or show through
(telegraphing).
Faces: Selected hardwoods minimum 1/50" High Pressure Decorative
Laminate or
medium density overlay. High pressure laminate 0.050" with crossband or
0.125".
Warranty: Five year warranty for interior use extended warranty available*
one year exterior, fully Type I only, wood or MDO faces only.
Blocking (reinforcement) Option: 5" (or as specified) for
undercutting and specialized hardware.
